Contact Sanim Beauty on WhatsApp: +20 106 231 1207 with your order number and the item concerned. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, describe the issue and share photos if available. Contact us before sending a parcel so we can arrange collection.
Eligible returns
You may request an eligible return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, subject to Egyptian consumer-law exceptions. Keep the item in its original condition with its packaging and accessories. Opened or used cosmetics may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where their nature, hygiene or altered condition prevents return. This does not remove your rights for defective or incorrect goods.
Defects and refunds
Defective items can be reported within 30 days of receipt. Statutory remedies carry no additional cost. For qualifying defect claims, we provide the applicable replacement or refund within one week of your request, using the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider posting time may follow.
Delivery costs
We explain the collection process and any legally permitted costs before arranging a return. We do not charge or deduct fees where Egyptian law requires a cost-free return. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.

المنتجات المؤهلة للاسترجاع
يمكن طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج المؤهل خلال 14 يومًا من الاستلام، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات المقررة في القانون المصري. احتفظي بالمنتج بحالته الأصلية وعبوته وملحقاته. قد تُستثنى مستحضرات التجميل المفتوحة أو المستخدمة من استرجاع تغيير الرأي إذا كانت طبيعتها أو اعتبارات النظافة أو تغير حالتها تمنع إعادتها. لا يؤثر ذلك على حقوقك عند وجود عيب أو استلام منتج غير صحيح.
العيوب واسترداد المبلغ
يمكن الإبلاغ عن عيوب المنتج خلال 30 يومًا من الاستلام. لا تتحملين تكلفة إضافية عند تطبيق حقوقك القانونية. في حالات العيوب المؤهلة، يتم الاستبدال أو رد المبلغ وفقًا للحق المنطبق خلال أسبوع من طلبك، وبطريقة الدفع الأصلية. قد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ وقتًا إضافيًا لدى البنك أو مزود الدفع.
تكاليف الشحن
نوضح إجراءات الاستلام وأي تكاليف مسموح بها قانونًا قبل ترتيب الاسترجاع. لا نفرض أو نخصم رسومًا عندما يوجب القانون المصري الاسترجاع دون تكلفة. لا تحد هذه السياسة من حقوق المستهلك القانونية.
